NZCCAEC hosted our first culture & arts seminar of the year 2019 which was free to the public. We have invited Const.Cangjie Chen to discuss around the MOMO challenge and other general safety. Const.Chen holds a degree in Law and is a qualified lawyer. He currently serving as Motorways Police, looking after the motorways. He has extensive working experience. The seminar helped parents guidelines on how to protect children from internet threats and how to protect personal safety and property safety in case of danger.
