奥克兰，风景美丽，气候宜人，多次被评为世界最宜居城市。虽然相对于其他国家，新西兰的治安已经相对安全，但是近期频发的治安状况，也不得不让我们重新提高个人及财产安全意识。新西兰华夏文化艺术交流中心有幸邀请到新西兰警察部民族事务部邓凯文警官为我们做个人及财产安全知识普及讲座。
主讲人简介
邓凯文，现就职于新西兰警察部民族事务部。于2009年加入警察部，在前线岗位工作六年。2018年进入警察部民族事务部至今。
My name is Liang Deng, also known as Kevin. I came from China and landed in New Zealand around the New Year of 2001. I came as an international student to study English at MIT in Otara, Counties Manukau, one of the most challenging places in the country. Luckily, I survived not just the new environment but also the much scarier English study. I then went to Auckland University of Technology to study Business. I worked for many different organisations before I joined the Police in 2009. I started my duty in the old Howick Station in the Counties Manukau East area. I stayed on front line for about 6 years before I moved towards Community Policing. I joined MPES in 2018 and am still with the Ethnic Services Team.

新西兰华夏文化艺术交流中心成立于2017年6月。中心宗旨是致力于开拓、发展并促进中国与新西兰文化、艺术、教育等方面的交流与合作。于2018年2月份成为新西兰注册的慈善公益组织（CC55154）。 依托于中国与新西兰两地深厚的文化、艺术、学术、政治、商业资源等，中心通过演出、交流、展览、会议、讲座等多种形式，来促进中国传统文化艺术在新西兰的传播与推广。 中心成立五年以来，主办及参与了400多场文化艺术类大型活动，吸引了超过百万的观众前来观看和参与，例如奥克兰灯会，新西兰亚洲体育文化节，奥克兰青少年艺术节等等，我们也为超过4000名青少年和3000名成人提供了公益的表演培训和彩排，极大的丰富了新西兰本地社区的文化生活。
